Diving in our waters has been identified as among the best in the world. Water clarity, eco-diversity, species abundance, world-class wrecks and more are all common desciptions of British Columbia scuba diving. One of the few barriers to full enjoyment of BC's underwater world has been the cold water temperature.
Great Pacific Diving has been an industry leader in innovation and technology since 1987. We're offering this incredible enhancement to our Openwater and Advanced Training Classes to ensure the maximum comfort and warmth of our students.
Students will get the opportunity to experience the amazing Oceaner/Tusa Full Titanium Foil drysuit. This remarkable suit features Yamamoto Technical rubber, triple-glued and welded seams and the kind of flexibility normally only found in wetsuits. Stay warm, dry and comfortable while experiencing the best of world-class diving!
Great Pacific has always been at the forefront of teaching innovations; some include:
1987: Introduced All-Inclusive training to the Fraser Valley.
1989: The first dive store in the Lower Mainland to integrate dive computers in our training syllabus
1992: Established our Private Training Centre and Pool
1994: Integrated 100% soft weight systems into all training
1996: Became a 5-Star Instructor Development Centre
1998: Wide deployment of drysuits for use in training
2002: Weight integrated Bouyancy Compensators phase-in on rental line

Aqua Lung Trade-In 2010
A regulator is the heart of a diver's system; the models and designs today ensure the ultimate in comfort, safety and reliability. As an industry leader, Aqua Lung has announced a trade-in programme for 2010 that offers low-cost upgrades to two of the finest performing regulators currently available:
#1 LEGEND LX ACD SUPREME.
Incorporating a proprietary over-balanced first-stage design and a high-performance balanced second stage, the Legend LX ACD Supreme is a Scuba Diving Magazine Testers' Choice; this top-model regulator is also cold-water rated and 40% EANx ready!
MSRP $899 With Trade-In $589
#2TITAN LX ACD SUPREME
A lightwieght, travel-friendly, 40% EANx ready regulator designed to deliver outstanding warm & cold-water performance - all at an unbelievably-low cost!
MSRP $599With Trade-In $389
How does the trade-in work?
All you need is a regulator in working-order from ANY manfacturer and ANY vintage. Time to drag that old Snark-II from your grandfather's storage and step-up to the best!
Why trade-up?
1. Metal components corrode and the rubber in older diving regulators (including o-rings, diaphragms and hoses) eventually fatigue and perform sub-optimally; any diver who has experienced a leaking regulator or a blown hose on a dive holiday understands this!
2. The performance of modern regulators is outstanding compared to early-designs.
3. The cost of maintaining an older regulator can become prohibitive. An older regulator (without a parts-for-life warranty) could cost several hundred dollars to service. With a new Aqua Lung regulator, common service parts are free* for as long as you own it!
*Certain conditions and obligations apply

Computer Deals
A computer is one of the most safety-oriented pieces of equipment that a diver can have. Not having to worry or think-about no-decompression times (or how long or where to make deco stops if you stay too long!) is a significant safety choice you can make.

Check with the store for opportunities to join workparties helping to get the Annapolis ready for her new life as an artificial reef!
